Tate Modern attacker loses appeal against sentence

Jonty Bravery admitted deliberately throwing a six year old boy from the 10th floor of the Tate Modern causing him catastrophic injuries.

Bravery was prosecuted by Deanna Heer leading Archie Mackay. Bravery was sentenced to detention for life, with a minimum of 15 years, for attempted murder. Today he lost his appeal against sentence.
