Acquittals in attempted murder trial
Michael Attenborough and Jennifer Dannhauser secured the acquittal of their respective clients, who were both alleged to have attempted to murder a rival gang member by trapping their vehicle and ambushing them with a pump action shotgun.
The six-week trial featured evidence from experts in firearms, GPS, cell site and gang violence. The case was investigated by detectives from the Trident Gang Crime Command.
