Josh Normanton successfully defends police detective accused of serious historic sexual offences.
Appearing at Durham Crown Court, Josh Normanton represented a retired police detective accused of historic sexual offences alleged to have been committed while the officer was working in CID (and during the course of police work). The offences dated back to 1990 and allegations were made by two accusers. After trial, Josh’s client was acquitted on all counts.
