Woman found guilty in headless body trial
Deanna Heer KC, leading Lucy Organ, today secured the conviction of Jemma Mitchell for the murder of Mee Kuen Chong whose decapitated body was found in woodland near Salcombe, Devon.
It was the prosecution case that Mitchell killed the deceased in her own home and took her body away in a suitcase before forging her will in order to claim her estate. The case has received widespread news coverage.
