Robin Shellard successfully prosecuted Timothy Schofield
Robin Shellard successfully prosecuted Timothy Schofield, the brother of TV presenter Philip Schofield, who was charged with a number of sexual offences against a child. After a trial at Exeter Crown Court before Mrs Justice Cutts he was convicted on all counts. In May 2023 Timothy Schofield was sentenced to 12 years in prison.’
