Company found guilty following fatal accident
Deanna Heer assisted by Catherine Rabaiotti has secured the conviction of Grundon Waste Management Ltd for an offence of exposing others to the risk of injury, following a contested trial.
The prosecution arose as a result of an accident during the redevelopment of BBC Television Centre when a traffic marshal was killed following a collision with a reversing lorry. Sentence has been adjourned.
