Rory Keene secures acquittal in case of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm
Rory Keene, leading Maddison Fisher of 5KBW, secures unanimous acquittal for a 15-year old client
The case concerned the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy at Seaford railway station. The Prosecution alleged that the three defendants, all youths, planned and premeditated the stabbing over several months because of a small drug debt.
Following a five week trial, the first defendant was convicted of Murder. Rory Keene's client was unanimously acquitted of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.
