Josh Normanton succeeds in defence of woman accused of attempted murder.
Josh Normanton represented K, a woman accused of attempting to murder one boyfriend with a knife.
K was also accused of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to another boyfriend on a different occasion. There was evidence the first man had defensive injuries. K denied her guilt at trial stating that she had no knife and had attempted no murder. With respect to the second incident, K stated she had been defending herself from an attack. K was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
