Ex Deutsche Bank AG executive acquitted of fixing Euribor rate

Kate Parker led by Duncan Penny QC and instructed by Ian Ryan of Howard Kennedy secures acquittal for Mr Andreas Hauschild, a former Deutsche Bank AG executive, who was charged by the SFO with one count of conspiracy to defraud. Mr Hauschild was accused of conspiring to fix the Euribor rate, an interest rate benchmark which is tied to loans and derivatives to the value of trillions of dollars.
