Moped gang convicted for attempted knife point robbery

Robin Shellard successfully prosecuted three members of the twelve strong moped gang recently sentenced at Kingston Crown Court. After a week long trial at Isleworth Crown Court last year a jury convicted Myers, Tafat and Taylor, three members of the moped gang, of an attempted knife point  robbery of an expensive scooter in Kingston and the subsequent 90 minute high speed chase through London. The three also pleaded guilty to smashing up a police car with a hammer in broad daylight several days before. After conviction the three were sent to Kingston Crown Court to be sentenced along with the rest of the gang.
