Thomas Quinton

"A rare combination of thorough preparation, fantastic client care skills and dogged determination".

- Instructing Solicitor

Thomas was instructed over a very long period of time by the Treasury Solicitor on behalf of over 400 officers and soldiers before the Bloody Sunday Inquiry. He was then instructed by the Financial Conduct Authority to join the team investigating the split-capital investment trust scandal. Thomas was then instructed to carry out a review of suspected disclosure failings in 40 cases prosecuted on behalf of HM Customs and Excise. Following this, his business background in the IT sector lead to him assisting the Ministry of Justice to implement the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013.

While his children were young, Thomas returned for a period of years to his practice as a jury advocate, but he is now in a position once again to accept instructions requiring time commitments beyond the usual length of a criminal trial
