Charles Judge specialises in general criminal law.
He is instructed both to prosecute and defend. In the past he has appeared in cases involving serious offences including murder and other serious general offences such as robbery, blackmail, large-scale drugs importations and other cases concerning the supply of Class "A" and "B" drugs.
He appeared for the Defendant John Brock in the recent case concerning the prosecution of two charity workers involved in the management for Day Centre in Cambridge for permitting the premises to be used for the supply of heroin: R v Wynder and Brock  2 Cr App R 31.
