PREMISES AND CLUB LICENCES
These cover the sale of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment from all types of premises. Advice and representation can be given for the following:
Applications for new licences, renewal of licences, transfers or variation of licences, S.51 and S.53A reviews, and S.160 closure orders. Full advice will be given on preparation for contested hearings where the applications are opposed.
-Appeals, including applications for judicial review, relating to licensing decisions such as the revocation of a licence.

Advice and representation for applications under the Gambling Act 2005 for, operating, premises and personal licences, including temporary and occasional use licences, for arcades, betting, bingo, casinos, gambling software, lotteries, and remote activities such as online gaming.
Casinos can be particularly complex applications in view of the opposition they frequently attract.
Care is required for internet activities in view of the attitude of the American authorities.
