Anuja is actively involved in advocacy training with Gray's Inn and is a member of the continuing education committee. Her current role is head of teacher training, but she is also involved in training new practitioners in exercises involving expert witnesses. Anuja has taught advocacy in this country and abroad, she has taught at the South Eastern Circuit Keble College, Oxford, week long residential course and in India, Sri Lanka and South Africa. She was also part of a team of advocates and experts who trained death row lawyers in Jamaica.
Anuja has also been involved in British Council projects abroad; these have included human rights issues and advocacy.
Anuja has been a member of several bar council committees. For example, the professional conduct committee, the law reform committee, the scholarship committee and the race relations committee. She was also a member of the Mountfield committee that examined funding at the bar.
