Robert O’Sullivan appears for both the prosecution and defence in criminal cases, including as a leading junior and a led junior.
He specialises in fraud.
He is on the Attorney General’s A List of Advocates for the South Eastern Circuit. In that capacity he prosecutes for HM Revenue and Customs (in particular VAT carousel frauds), the Health and Safety Executive, the Department of Health and the Department of Work and Pensions.
In addition, he acts in the following areas of practice:
