Has prosecuted and defended in most types of crime, from theft to murder. In recent years has mainly concentrated on defending in fraud cases, gang related murder, and other conspiracies. Often instructed as a leading junior, and is on the Treasury Solicitor’s list of Special Advocates( able to view sensitive material in terrorist cases and represent interests of terrorist suspects in closed sessions before SIAC).
Justin has recently acted in a 9 week conspiracy trial representing an accountant accused of being part of a 15 million pound fraud within the building industry.
