-2010 – instructed to represent X, a suspect in the International Criminal Court investigation into the Situation in Darfur, Sudan.
 

-2010 R v N [2010] EWCA Crim 2050 : International money laundering involving funds dispersed to or coming from Lebanon, South Africa, Denmark,  Zimbabwe and Grenada.
 

-2010  R v Johal [2010] EWCA Perverting the course of Justice following the killing of an elderly lady.
 

-2010  R v Botcher [2010] EWCA Crim 709; [2010] Lloyd's Rep. F.C. 423; [2010] Crim. L.R. 650. Boiler room fraud operated from Barcelona involving money laundering through multiple overseas jurisdictions.

-2010  R v Tyler – Murder. Husband with extensive record of domestic violence accused of strangling wife.
 

-2010  R v Rumsey – Allegation of share selling (boiler room) fraud involving losses of $100m.

-2010  R v Coe – Allegation of involvement in political riot in South London
 

-2009  R v Eiley, Savery  and Polonio [2009]UKPC 40. Privy Council appeal on behalf of three Appellants convicted of murder in Belize. Convictions of all appellants overturned as unsafe. 
 

-2009  R v Richardson [2009] EWCA Crim 2473: Director of company convicted of possession of firearm. Mandatory 5 year sentence overturned on appeal. 

-2009  R v P&O Ferrymasters: Spillage of hazardous chemicals on motorway.
 

-2009  Regina V Callaghan: Balfour Beatty employee charged with death by driving whilst intoxicated
