General Crime
Kevin has acted in the full range of general criminal offences, including murder, sexual offences, firearms and public disorder. He has notable experience in respect of drug importation and duty evasion cases. Recent examples of general criminal work include the successful defence of a man accused of a "stranger" rape of a male doctor, securing the acquittal of a Dutch lorry driver accused with three others of conspiring to import 60 kilos of heroin and cocaine and a succesful application to stay historic allegations of child rape.
